Priyadarshini Rao titled her collection Un Peu de Soleil (a bit
of sunshine), fusing chromes, greens and indigos to create a line
of salwar kameezes, some worn with quaint caps in complementary
colours.
Simran, Melange's in-house designer, had used leaves as her inspiration
for her spring line.
Softness and romance echoed her collection
titled 'Champagne and Roses'. Minimalistic cuts in chiffon and silks,
with innovative footwear... The models were charmed by her leaf-shaped
chappals - dainty, stringy, comfortable, if impractical for Bombay
roads...
